Mike West is president of Mike West, Inc. Realtors, and WestProp, Inc. Developers, and is vice-president of Legend Homes Ltd. He has been serving the housing needs of greater Cincinnatians since 1969. He was president of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors in 1995 and continues to serve on committees there and at the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. He holds an MBA degree from Xavier University and the CRS designation from the National Association of Realtors.
Chris Otte is president of Legend Homes Ltd. and is vice-president of Mike West, Inc. Realtors, and WestProp, Inc., Developers. Before being licensed as a real estate agent in 1987, he had designed homes for several years and had worked in the family building business. In addition to running Legend Homes, he is actively involved as a licensed Realtor and also assists with the land development activities.
Nancy Kirkpatrick joined our companies as an office manager in 1998 after working in the accounting profession and at school offices. She is responsible for all the bookkeeping, payroll, and bill paying functions and for keeping the administrative office running smoothly. She also handles the Multiple Listing Service submissions and all construction change orders.
Joel Poulin is our construction supervisor. After college, Joel worked with another fine homebuilder for several years, and then joined our team in 2004. He is responsible for all the day-to-day job-site activities such as scheduling and management of supplies and contractors, and quality assurance. He also manages the service and warranty work.
